to 10:03 , if you are an problem like "Can't open file for writing: no such file or directory" ,just go in your repertory documents and add folder PowerShell
In you can get error write file. You need to run the command "New-Item -Path $profile -Type File -Force". In file "Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1" insert "$profile = Join-Path $env:USERPROFILE '\.config\powershell\user_profile.ps1'. $profile". And you can continue tutorial :D
